1. Pick up any solid waste and blot up as much wet urine as you can. Outdoors, hose the area down first.
2. Spray or pour liberally onto the stain, or mop onto hard floors. Soak wider than the visible mark and deep enough to reach the underlay or infill: urine spreads under the surface, and the enzymes only work where they touch it. For synthetic turf, use a pressure sprayer, watering can, hydro sprayer or foaming gun.
3. For old or set-in stains, dampen them first with a wet sponge to soften the crystals.
4. On stains, wipe with a microfibre cloth to lift the excess and the mark. Then leave it, with no rinsing: the enzymes keep working as it dries and stay active for 7 to 10 days.

For best results, treat in moist conditions and avoid the heat of the day. Enzymes work gradually, digesting the crystals over hours rather than seconds, so old or set-in odours often need a second application once the first has dried. Don’t mix it with other cleaners, which can deactivate the enzymes, and reseal the container between uses.

1. Dilute first: 100ml per litre of water for synthetic turf and pet areas, or 50ml per litre for floors and general deodorising. Where there’s a lot of organic matter, mix it stronger.
2. Apply with a pressure sprayer, watering can or hydro sprayer, thoroughly saturating the area.
3. Pay extra attention to high-use spots, and let it penetrate down to the base of the turf.
4. Scrub any stubborn spots.
5. Give it a few minutes’ contact time for full antibacterial effect, then leave it to dry. No rinsing needed. Keep pets and children off until it has dried.

Don’t mix with other cleaners, as this deactivates the antibacterial action. Reseal the container between uses.
